At The Hat Store, we take price in ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We hope you love all your items; however our return policy is in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
- All returns must be initiated within 60-days of confirming your purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and clean with no makeup marks or stains
- We offer an online-store credit or exchange.
- SALE items will receive an online-store credit only.
- Online-store credits are valid for 3 years from creation.

- You’ll need your order number, e.g. #76548
- You can choose between either an online-store credit or an exchange.
- Please note our processing time can be up to 7 days during busy periods.
- Once your return has been approved by our team, you will receive further details on how to ship your item/s back to us.
- The Hat Store has the right to refuse any items sent back to us damaged, worn or no longer in their original condition. This includes any items sent back to us with no original swing tags.
- The Hat Store has the right to charge customers a cleaning or repair fee at our discretion.
- Any items returned that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
