60-Day Return Policy

At The Hat Store, we take price in ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We hope you love all your items,  however, our return policy is in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

Returns Policy:

  • All returns must be initiated within 60-days of confirming your purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and clean with no makeup marks or stains
  • We offer an online-store credit, product exchange, or refund to original payment method.
  • Refund to original payment method will incur a AUD $10 fee for cleaning and restocking. The refund is for cost of product only and excludes discounts and shipping fees.
  • SALE items will receive an online-store credit only.
  • Online-store credits are valid for 3 years from creation.

Returns Process:

  • To make a return, please use our returns portal here.
  • You’ll need your order number and email address.
  • You can choose between either an online-store credit or an exchange.
  • Simply follow the prompts on our returns portal. Exchanges and Returns are automated and immediate . 
  • Return shipping labels are only available to Australian Customers. International customers must use their own local and trackable couriers. $10 flat rate cost to use
  •  our return shipping label, non-refundable

Returns Disclaimers

  • The Hat Store reserves the right to refuse returns that are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition. This includes items returned without original tags.
  • A cleaning or repair fee may be applied at our discretion for any item not returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Any items that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the sender at their expense.
  • Returns or orders valued at $500 AUD or more are not eligible for a refund and will be issued store credit only.
